This item has been through a careful process since the denim arrived at the RO studio. All the denim gets measured and ordered into size and colour stacks to then be specially selected for either the light or dark tonal jeans. The majority of the denim is Levi's, Lee and Wrangler. Jeans are then cut into six pieces and assembled with a twin stitch, in-house on our heavy walking foot machine. Raw edge finish on the vertical seams and the hems are design details to spotlight the amazing quality of the vintage denim (talk about the white core of the thread). After manufacturing, they all get re-laundered and pressed. All are 1 of 1’s, and all fit slightly differently depending on the denim; all waists are standardised. Leg is a baggy carrot fit, would recommend sizing up if the customer wants them super baggy.
